BRIEF

The Ask

City & County Credit Union is a Twin Cities-based credit union with nearly a century of history and its own approach to banking.

We've worked together since 2019. What started with individual motion projects has grown into a long-term partnership, with our team becoming an extension of theirs.

After seven years, there's a shorthand that makes the work easier. We know the brand, we know the team and we know what's likely to land. There's less time spent getting up to speed and more time spent making the work better. Briefs become ideas quickly, and projects move without getting stuck in endless rounds of revisions.

Over the years, the work has taken plenty of different forms: brand campaigns, product launches, social content, branch screens, banking tutorials and the everyday pieces that keep the brand moving. The format and audience might change, but the way we work together doesn't.

A lot of that work is also adapted for Mill City Credit Union, giving each project a second life under a different brand. We rework the colours, typography, graphics and messaging for Mill City while keeping the core creative idea intact.

After 150+ projects together, we know both brands well enough to get to the good stuff quickly.

“I have worked with Pronto Productions for over 5 years and couldn’t be more grateful for all they do for our brand. They have made our brand come to life through animations, create visual stories with graphics and put the finishing touches on many of our projects. Could not recommend the team enough!”
