WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Meet Your Designers

We’re Emma and Chloe, the duo behind Pronto. We started in 2018 on a simple idea: the best work happens when clients and designers actually talk to each other, not through three layers of account management. While we share the same design philosophy, we each bring something a little different to the table.

Emma is a people-first creative who thrives on ideas, people and getting things done. She’s the one who’ll pull a brief apart to find the actual problem before anyone touches a design file. You’ll often find her deep in research, shaping digital strategies or bringing brands to life (literally) in After Effects.

Chloe is a curious creative who thrives on learning, problem-solving and figuring things out. She’s known to disappear down a research rabbit hole and not resurface until she’s found the answer (or at least three more questions). You’ll often find her fine-tuning and obsessing over the tiniest details in her design work or finding new ways to bring creativity, strategy and digital together.

Between us we cover strategy, design, motion, digital and web, and we genuinely like the mess of figuring out where one idea can go. But none of that works without knowing what you’re actually trying to say. So before anything gets designed, we ask a lot of questions; sometimes annoyingly many. What’s really going on in your business, who you’re trying to reach, what’s tripped you up before. Because great design starts with getting to know you properly.
