A flexible motion system for Europe's satellite agency.
As EUMETSAT’s content library grew, they needed a consistent approach to motion that could grow with it, along with a practical toolkit their in-house team could easily use.

The Ask
EUMETSAT is the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites, an intergovernmental organisation funded by 30 European Member States. It operates the satellites that track weather, climate and the environment across Europe, feeding data to meteorological services, researchers and governments who rely on it daily.
EUMETSAT was rolling out a new organisational brand and needed it to carry through into their video output. Their content library was growing fast, and they wanted one consistent motion language across all of it, something their internal video team could apply on their own instead of coming back to an agency for every new piece.
In practice that meant building a full toolkit: intro animations, lower thirds, pop-up text boxes, scene transitions and animated backgrounds, all reusable and all recognisably EUMETSAT. It had to work across different types of content and be simple enough to edit inside Adobe Premiere.
One motion toolkit, built to be handed over
Animated intro sequences in two distinct styles
Animated pop-up text boxes
Background animation templates
Social media adaptations
Scene transitions
Lower thirds
Layered video frame templates
All of it built as reusable 4K Adobe Premiere templates, made for EUMETSAT's own producers to run with, not animations we'd need to keep making for them.
